Control of all office processes, appointment and task management between internal and external contact persons as well as communication with visitors, business partners and employees
Support in the day-to-day business of our management (including appointment organization, travel planning and preparation of meetings)
Customer management and administration of customer inquiries
Acceptance of incoming and outgoing correspondence (e-mails, correspondence and telephone)
Document management
Trade fair and event planning
Management of other administrative matters, such as reception, organization of office supplies and purchasing
Your Experience & Skills
Successfully completed commercial training or similar.
Hands-on mentality and an independent, structured way of working
Quick comprehension and excellent organizational skills
Very good knowledge of German and English (oral and written)
Very good MS Office knowledge
