You support our HR Manager in all HR administrative processes (e.g. creating job descriptions or maintaining personnel files).
You will be actively involved in recruiting and applicant management
You enjoy taking on various recruiting activities
You help organize networking and recruiting events
You will be involved in the preparation and follow-up of the monthly payroll

Your Experience & Skills
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or you have a degree in social sciences, economics or business psychology
Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the field of personnel management/administration/recruiting or you have completed a further education course with a personnel-related focus
You have a good command of English
