- Answering customer inquiries regarding our products and services
- Independent processing and solving of customer problems
- Promote the customer service experience to achieve high customer satisfaction and continuous growth
- 10-20 hours weekly working time
Your Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in the area of customer service / support
- Quick perception and a high degree of creativity
- Good knowledge of German and English (fluent in at least one language)
- Strong language skills (oral and written)
- Positive attitude and strong conflict resolution skills
- Completed Bachelor’s degree
