  • Answering customer inquiries regarding our products and services
  • Independent processing and solving of customer problems
  • Promote the customer service experience to achieve high customer satisfaction and continuous growth
  • 10-20 hours weekly working time
Your Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience in the area of customer service / support
  • Quick perception and a high degree of creativity
  • Good knowledge of German and English (fluent in at least one language)
  • Strong language skills (oral and written)
  • Positive attitude and strong conflict resolution skills
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree
